Wanted several pizzas for a child's birthday party. Spoke to a few people who assured me that they could deliver to ft lauderdale for a fee. Confirmed several times even the morning of. I reminded them I needed the pizza by 10:45 bc we'd be eating at 11. At 10:50, I called and was told that they were leaving in 2 min. Shocked, I said you're supposed to be here now and the lady said what can I do? I took a deep breath to not freak out and said ...you're 20 min away and she said i think he can make it in 15. So I figured we'd eat at 11:20 instead. At 11:15 I got a call from the driver telling me they gave him an address for hollywood. My venue was only mine until 12. I told the driver forget it. The place then called me saying I gave them the wrong address. THIS after I gave them the zip code at least 5 times and confirmed the address no less than 3 times. I was pretty devastated. The food isn't bad, but we used them to cater an event and I was very disappointed in how unprofessional the process was. We were charged more than our quote, which was all handled over the phone (even though we tried to go in and meet in person, we were still told to call in), with no invoices to state exactly what we ordered or how much it was. When we asked for a refund of the difference, my card was charged a second time for the full amount and I was told I would receive a refund on the first charge in full in about 24 hours, when I should have just been refunded the difference. It was also extremely frustrating to divert my attention to dealing with the caterers during the event several times, I wanted to enjoy my day with my guests, hence preplanning everything with a caterer, not spend any time on the phone having to sort out...

Nice place with great vegetarian and vegan options; we had the falafel along with "chicken" fajitas. The food came very fast and the waitress was attentive and courteous. Unfortunately my falafel didn't come with as many vegetables as I expected, the sauce was too watery and they didn't add feta cheese to my order. When my bill came, the gratuity was added and I'd been charged $5 for the feta cheese I asked for. There was also a "warning" from the waitress not to let the owner see us come in with an apple pie seeing as it's not kosher.
