This food and this customer service is 12 out of 10. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her daughter. Both just beautifully spirited women. The food is cooked to order and worth every minute. You can tell it's made with love. Several other customers complimented Ms B. while I waited for my food so I knew I was in the right place. I ordered the BIG BACK MEAL and upgraded to loaded fries with shrimp. There was a small mixup with my order and Ms. B offered to fix it with no problem without hesitation. She even gave me extra for the inconvenience. Now the food....20/10. Hands down delicious. The wings crispy, saucy and juicy. Nothing to change about them! The burger was delectable. Savory and sweet, cheesy and juicy. And the fries were so full of flavor. They were crispy and the onions, peppers, chicken and shrimp were grilled or sautéed & seasoned to the Gods! Tried taste and see by b and I’m genuinely in awe this isn’t just any food truck, it’s a true story of resilience and passion. Owned by a single mom of five, every dish feels like it’s made with heart and intention.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The setup is charming, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier you instantly feel like part of the family.

We started with the fried cheese drizzled with honey, a perfect balance of savory and sweet. Then came the grilled cheese smash burger and another topped with fried cheese both absolutely loaded with flavor. The loaded fries were insanely good, and the banana pudding was the perfect sweet, creamy finish. We also had their fresh lemonade, which was light, zesty, and so refreshing.
