McDonald's — Restaurant in Holmen

Worst McDonalds experience ever. I am a die hard McDonald's customer and this store is by far the worst I have ever received food from. It was 9:45 in the morning on sept 5 and my wife and our two kids went through the drive through on our way home from camping. Not from the area heading home on a long trip. I ordered a BACON EGG N CHEEZE BISCUIT. several miles down the road I finally get around to opening up my sandwich to discover they had given me a ANGUS HAMBURGER PATTIE WITH CHEEZE AND ONIONS ON A BISCUIT. Being as we were already miles away and driving on the freeway with no easy opportunity to turn around, I decided to call and let the manager know what had happen to save the next customer from a similar mistake. I never typically ask for a manager if I don't have a good experience , I usually just don't come back. However, this was THE RUDEST MANAGER I'VE EVER SPOKEN TO. The second I brought up the mistake, she instantly got aggressive with me over the phone and told me it was impossible that I had received the food that I said I did. I explained to her that if it was so impossible why did I even call and that I had the receipt and the sandwich to show her and she still was rude beyond all belief. Her rude manner of speaking told me " Well I guess I have to believe you" and offered to buy me off with free coupons. All I wanted was at the least an apology since I had paid $4.25 for a sandwich that wasn't even close to what i had ordered.That manager should not have that position by any means and I will never feed myself or my family...

Me and my girlfriend got 4 super sized meals in drive through about a week ago for us and the kids I checked the meals before we left the drive through and everything was there . Anyway we got home and everyone's eating when my 4 yr old tries one of his French fries and spits it out followed by a disgusted look on his face and a yuck!. So me and my girlfriend looked at each other in question. We thought that was weird because that's all he liked from McDonald's. So I went for his fries and tried one at this point I also spit it out . They were way over cook hard and bitter ,hollow on the inside. By far the grosses French fries we ever had. So I called and complained about the situation and they said no problem we well send you a coupon to redeem you for what you payed for. I would of went back up there but it was 5 mins to closing time and would not make it in time . So we awaited our coupons to arrive. So they did almost a week later but only for 4 small fries. Yeah 4 small fries I was just going to throw them away because. It didn't seem worthwhile to go and pick them up. We only wanted what we payed for and got burnt. Were never buying food there again they can't even keep there word let alone make French...

Mostly everything is good about this store except one of the managers. We had an order with like 6 burgers and 2 fries. I asked for 4 Mac sauces. Once I saw how little was in each container, I asked for 4 more. I mean literally there is enough to cover half a bun per container. Since I only ordered 2 fries, This woman refused to give me any more sauces without charging me extra. And she says its because Mcdonalds has to make money too. My jaw literally dropped to floor. I get the mac sauce everytime and have never been charged extra and everytime the container is about 20% full. So I learned my lesson, now I just request sauce on the burgers instead of asking for the cups. I suggest you do the same. I even told the lady the containers barely have any sauce and that they were for my burgers and she still through a mini tantrum that I had the audacity to request that many sauces. If she reacts that way to sauces... I'd hate to be an employee under...
