Main Street Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Holmesville

My husband and I ordered from here’s he got a bear paw and I got a grilled chicken salad. I got home and took a bite of the salad and it tasted off. Took a few more bites and it still tasted weird. So I took some cheese out and smelled it. It was spoiled. So I called to tell them the cheese was bad. I heard the owner in the back ground say there’s no way it’s spoiled it’s brand new. So I said well there’s something wrong with it. So they told me to bring it back and they’ll are me a new one. So I took it back. Again the owners argued with me that there is nothing wrong with the cheese and it can’t be spoiled. So Ray tells me to take the salad and do him a favor and never order from them again…….. worst people to order food from. They are rude and inconsiderate. They always think...

We live an hour and a half from Holmesville and were passing through on our way to an event one evening. We happened upon Main Street Pizza, and I'm glad we did! We will be making this drive again in the future, with the sole purpose to again eat what my wife and I agree to be the best stromboli we've ever had!

I imagine their pizza is very good, too, but this stromboli was amazing. It was served with the largest side of the tastiest sauce, too.

If you live anywhere close to this area, do yourself a favor and stop by. There were only a few small booths along the left wall upon entering, that just added to the small-town gem of a pizza place. Thanks for the amazing dinner, and we hope to...

We are staying in the area for a quick little getaway. They were really close so we decided to give them a try. They were friendly from the phone call to order to when my husband went inside to pick up our order. They even welcomed him and held the door open for him when he went in. We ordered pizza subs. They were hot and cooked perfectly. They were pretty messy to eat. That’s just an us thing. We don’t really like messy sandwiches. The pizza sauce was a little sweet for us as well. They have a really great menu selection and priced reasonably too! I’m looking forward to trying the chicken wings and salad! That will probably be tonight’s dinner. Overall I say definitely...
