This Subway is one of my go to places to get a quick meal, as itâs one of the only restaurants nearby. Iâve never had a terrible experience since I usually order online and itâs often ready before the pickup time. The employees are usually nice, but today, something must have had this ladies panties in a twist. The app told me they were building my sub and I was expecting it to be ready when I walked in at the time the app told me to be there. I was very wrong, in fact, when I walked in, there were about 3 people waiting for mobile orders and 3 people in line waiting. As someone who works in customer service, this amount of customers wouldâve been a breeze and done in about 10-15 minutes. The two people working seemed stressed over this amount of customers (keep in mind this at about 12:30 pm) almost like they werenât expecting anyone and were upset they had to do their job. I know what itâs like to be busy and so I remained patient and waited for my food. The younger girl working said that the other lady was working on mobile orders and they would be finished soon. I replied with âNo worries, youâre good!â After waiting about 30 minutes for a 6 inch sub and a cookie, the older lady called out my order and I went to grab it and said âThank you! Have a good rest of your day!â I got no reply and ignored by both workers. All she needed to reply with was a simple, âThanks, you too!â but instead I got nothing. When I got home and opened my sub, there was mayonnaise all over the sandwich and the bun was dry with little meat and toppings. I ended up throwing over half of it away. Just an overall terrible experience and the older lady who was working today needs some training on her customer service skills. Absolutely no reason to be rude to anyone no matter whatâs going on.    Read moreOrdered an hour early online... 10minutes before im supposed to pick up they canceled my order. So I go anyway to see whats up because luckily I live close... And they have no 'proof of the order' even though I had emails and proof of the money coming from my account they wouldn't honor the coupon for me for me to order in store... cause it was 'online only'. And wouldn't make the food even though they took the money. Poor girl working was like a deer in headlights, Manger wouldn't answer her calls and some other Tiffany lady said there was nothing they could do... Gosh poor customer service. Do better...
