Worst customer service ever . They have no respect for customer and the manager super roud.I just received my order from Nancy's pizza the one located in Homer glen. I asked for the spicy beef pizza and when the guy delivered it was pepperoni instead I called to make a complaint the lady responded that she couldn't hear me good and she went through the ingredients withe on the phone and it showed that I order this before . My response was that i never ordered pizza pepperoni before no and if I did I always say hold the pepperoni because it's against my religion we don't eat any products from pigs . She simply put the Palm on me and didn't even try to solve the problem. We have been going to Nancy's since the early 90s. The staff has always been courteous, kind and prompt when it comes to taking orders. This place is an example of why Chicago is considered one of the best places to get pizza in the world. We always receive quality pizza, the crust is amazing and the sauce is out this world! I would reccomend this company to anyone and everyone! I have tried to order from other pizza's, but once you go Nancy's you forget...

Let me tell you, I’ll be the first person to say that pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza..but I was talked into trying the Hawaiian BBQ and boy was I proven wrong. I was BLOWN away. One of the best bites I’ve had in a while. I also tried the spicy pepino and again, not disappointed. Both of my pizzas made this “Pi” day out of this world. I’m so excited for the leftovers!
