B & H Soul Kreationz — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

I decided to give the good folks a try on a recent Sunday as their special that day was meatloaf, and I had been craving it for a bit. They were easy to locate, and near a couple of shade trees to park under. I ordered the meatloaf with rice (sadly they were out of mashed potatoes) and two sides of mac and cheese. The portions were plentiful, and the food was very good. I especially liked the sauce they put on their meatloaf. The previously mentioned shade trees also made the experience enjoyable as I could enjoy my meal while it was still hot white still parked. In addition to the special, I also got a pick two combo with fried ribs and gizzards (it comes with fries) to eat later, and a grape lemonade. I shared the ribs, and I have to say they were very tasty. The meat held to the rib bone, requiring a little bite to come clean from the bone, while still being very tender and juicy. The gizzards we just as delicious, and go take well with your favorite hot sauce. The grape lemonade had really intense flavor. You knew it was both grape and lemonade. Holy moly! We got food from here for dinner and the whole house was impressed! I usually go more for meat options without breading, and I'm so glad I gave it a try because that breading is phenomenal! All the fried foods were amazing. The loaded fries were a favorite of mine, while the rest of the fam really loved the chicken livers. Everything was perfect and so so delightful, and the staff is very friendly too. Impressive! First time going here and will definitely be back. We ordered fried rib plates and okra. Juicy and flavorful. Okra was salted just right. They definitely know what the people want.
