I actually travel further to go to their "sister store" Nvibe in inverness and it was only due to the girls saying I should try it so I did and then was begged to give them another shot so I did and now ive been 3 times total and never once have i been satisfied. The first two times the owner was there. She doesnt even look up from her conversation to acknowledge customers. Busy talking about her marriage and getting engaged (how would I know that?) And has me waiting at the counter while my drink that I ordered over the phone 10 mins prior sits in the fridge waiting for this lady to stop talking. I can honestly look past the unwelcoming and non professional environment as my main concern is the product itself. Again, I visit their sister's store about twice a week. And I absolutely love it and rave about it to everyone. However, even though they say they used the same products and even the other store I like, says they use the same products, They taste absolutely completely different. The consistency is way way off. One place its so thick you can barley sip through a straw and I stay full for hours without the need to eat. This place im hungry in 30 mins tops and its been a waste of my money every single time ive been there so far. Last time I expressed my dissatisfaction and wasnt even offered a refund or anything to make it right which is completely fine but I will not be going back there ever again and its within walking distance to my house. Instead I would rather drive 45 mins to inverness to have a better product that keeps me full for hours.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreChristy and her girl gang are some of the best people. They engage with their customers and greet them upon arrival. Usually theyāre multitasking making shakes, teas, and talking with other customers in their line of sightā¦all simultaneously. This is not a fast food establishment, everything is made to order when you order. So, sometimes you may have to wait for your order or to place your order, but most good things are worth the wait š when I arrive I sign-in and find a seat (multiple options provided) and I either join in their current conversations (because I am that person š¤·š¼āāļø) or I wait for them to be ready to prepare my order. Thereās FREE wi-fi so I can even scroll fb/tt while I wait. Itās never a problem and Iām never in that much of a rush. Also, when I find my time may be limited, I am sure to call ahead roughly 30 minutes before my expected arrival just to allow them enough time to make my shake, but I am also prepared to wait as I understand, my order is put into the queue in the order in which it was received. It doesnāt automatically move to the front of the line just because I called. The shakes are always made to perfection and always thick and creamy as intended. The teas are bright and beautifully layered. Protein balls and parfaits are always a quick grab and go option on Friday too! Christy and her team keep the temperature down and the shop is always clean! Great chill spot!! Also, thereās a cute kid zone area with toys!! šš»šš» Always remember to be kind and support your local small business owners and their team. PS donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs the door swung open, a gust of laughter filled the air like a burst of confetti, welcoming a white male into the cozy establishment. The owner, with her infectious smile, radiated warmth, instantly uplifting the atmosphere. But just as quickly, the vibe shifted. When she and her regulars caught sight of me, the laughter faded into an unsettling silence, leaving a thick tension in the air that replaced the earlier cheer.
The two women, who had been animatedly chatting with the owner, shifted their stance and moved to stand behind me, creating a sense of palpable unease. I stood there, feeling the weight of their gaze, for what felt like an eternityāten long minutesābefore the owner finally approached to take my order. Every second stretched as I wrestled with discomfort, feeling like a puzzle piece that didn't quite fit. In that moment, I made the bold decision to walk out, leaving the unwelcoming atmosphere behind, and stepping back into the world beyond...
