Twice now I placed an on line order for pick-up and twice I have had issues with my orders. First time they shorted me an entire appetizer so I called and was told my card would be credited back. Never happened. Tonight I placed an order and ordered extra on my hoagie that they don't put on so had to pay extra for it. Get my sandwich and what I paid extra for was not on my sandwich. I call them about it and the guy was very rude said hey we're busy on Friday's and it's no big deal. I don't know about others but I work very hard for what little I get and to have that remark made to me is very disrespectful. With what they charge for their food the least they can do is make sure the patron receives what they order and also make sure to put the extra on that you charge for. Then to tell me they are busy and don't have time for this is definitely not a response from a business that cares about their customers. I never spend less then $50 when I place an order and it's usually more then that. I think they just someone who was a loyal customer to them. Maybe the gentleman should of thought twice before telling me it's no big deal and that he doesn't have time for this. Update: He called me back at 5:40 and said he credited my card back $15 but once again said it's no biggie and they are busy on Friday's. Get an email saying my card was credited $13.98 so their again he flat out and blantly lied to me. What an awesome and honest...

First time stopping here with my father for lunch. He got a Gluten free pizza and though I don't eat GF he let me have a slice and it was phenomenal! When he walked in they even remembered his order from before, talk about customer service! I got a slice of the chicken & honey mustard and it was delicious! I've been to other locations of this franchise and was never as impressed with them as I am with this place! At one point my Samsung pay was acting weird and they were very patient with me.
