First off Ive worked at a pizza shop for 4 yrs and so I know how food/service should be from a quality place. I gave this place two trys. The first time food was pretty good, but the service while ordering at counter was rude. If I asked a question like how much is extra cheese I got back an I don't know with an attitude and no attempt to find out until I insisted to know. What kind of service is that?
Tonight I ordered pick up. I got there and came to the register. An employee saw me and told me to hold on before even finding out why I was there. She started doing something else for a minute then the phone rings and she grabs it and is now taking an long call. Im not that impatient, so I began to wait, although I felt ignored and no one else was helping. Meanwhile another customer who came in right behind me had been picking beer and took a couple minutes to do so. He then got behind me. Before the employee got off the phone, another one came up and asked to help who's next, I was like cool. As I started to move to her, the guy behind me Rudley rushed to get there first, and went unchallenged by the employee who clearly saw me waiting first. At ANY place Ive worked we would have politely told him that the other customer was first. So now upset I tried to speak up with hey, but realized no one seemed to care, so I announced Im not dealing with this, keep your pizza, and I walked out. Outside I began to tell my friend what happened and I was irritated. The manager heard me through window and said hey, what's the problem. So I went back in. He went off on me, you need to have respect he tells me. I start to explain and he makes it my fault that I didn't get served first because the other guy jumped to the newly opened register first. For one I don't think I should have to race to be first when Ive already been waiting at the counter for several minutes. My message to Jerry's owners: your the ones who need to learn to respect your customers, to learn appropriate customer service skills, and most importantly never yell at a customer like that no matter what. This place is a joke. Pasqualies up the road is better just sadly without beer for sale. Also the pizza I got tonight tasted cheap and does not match pizza im used to getting where Im from. Β Β Β Read moreWorst Waitress ever...It had been about 45min since we ordered our pizza and wings and we were the first ones to sit down so it shouldn't have taken too long to make. At this point the waitress had walked by our table a number of times but hadn't even looked at or acknowledged us since she gave us our beers so I had to walk right up to her and ask how our food was coming. She said the cooks were working on it in a very annoyed tone I just said OK and also asked for 2 waters(since our beers have been empty for 10 minutes). After I sat down she continued to give another table their food(that sat down after us) and hand out drinks to a few more tables with no acknowledgement and no waters. At this point we had enough abuse and neglect so we decided to pay for our beers and leave. When the waitress noticed we were leaving instead of being apologetic she seemed mad(seemed like this may have happened before). At the register the manager offered to only pay for half the bill and still take all the food to go so we reluctantly agreed thinking we would take the food right away. We ended up waiting about 15 more minutes for the food...this whole time THE ORDER WAS NEVER PUT IN!!! At this point we just took the food and left. The pizza was OK but the wings did not have sauce on them and seemed freezer burnt. I hope the $13 bill they got out of us was worth this review. Β Β Β Read moreThis place is horrible when it comes to ordering for pickup. Took someone else's order by mistake because we ordered almost the same thing. I brought it back once realizing it wasn't mine, and they said they "didn't have my order". I was given an order number on the phone, and of course, they didn't even have my order made. To top it all off, when I took the food back, the person who's food I had taken was there, and the staff decided to embarrass me. This place is a joke.
EDIT: I am moving my review down to a 1 star. I ordered a dozen garlic knots and was not told they come in 5s, I received 6 in a small bag, and my receipt said 15. I paid for 15, server I talked to only offered me 5 more. I donβt know who my server was that helped me again but I do know the first serverβs name was Tina. Iβm not happy with the resolution, as I paid for 15 and didnβt get 15, and I didnβt even want 15, but I decided not to make a huge deal of it.
I came back the next day and had the same problem. Receipt said 5, I ordered 10 over the phone. Was given 5 more on the house. This is the last time Iβll be ordering from here, Iβve had too many issues with ordering recently and it shouldnβt be this difficult to get an order correct.
