We ordered three (3) American hot dogs with added chili and sheese. We were quoted and agreed to pay the additional charge of .60 cents per hotdog for the additions to each. We were actually charged $1.00 for cheese and $1.40 for chili for the first two hotdogs and $ .50 for cheese and $ .70 for chili on the third hotdog. Fine. None of the hotdogs had cheese or chili though. None. I called the store on the microphone and a lady told me a manager would come out. A lady did come out. She actually looked at the hotdogs and then went inside and came out with a second lady who told us the chili and cheese was on the bottom. I showed her the hotdogs and still she insisted the chili and cheese was on the bun. Literally she looked at the hotdogs without chili or cheese and swore there was both chili and cheese over and over again. I understand human error, I even understand everybody think that they are right but someone pays that much money for chili and cheese they should not only taste it they should be able to see it. AT THE VERY LEAST, they should be able to see it! We would have though we would be able to see it and to taste it.BOTH ladies looked at the hotdogs! There was no chili or cheese! Service here...

Iâll start checking my order ever time from now on. I usually let it slide because Iâm in the restaurant business. But no more. I always do my best to make sure my guests get exactly what they need and repeat their orders back. But when itâs to go there not much to do to fix it right away.
