Subway — Restaurant in Hooksett

This is a horrible subway! 12 bucks for this questionable Chicken Ceaser sub that looks like a mayo bottle exploded on a plate topped with pickles. When I went to try and pick the sandwich up it fell apart in my hands. The toppings are not remotely fresh and the chicken tastes like tuna! They claim the bread is freshed baked however it tastes like machine cardboard with little give. Hardly fitting to hold sandwich toppings.

This location did not have any napkins or folks available till you asked. The prices were also high for the quality of food. The services was meh nothing special or awesome. Just get in and get out. No attention to detail in food prep at all.

I'm only eating here because I have a gift card! Now I know why Subway is closing stores left and right! You're better off buying a pre made sub in the Walmart and eating it. The quality is better and the sub does not fall apart. I've eaten at other Subways with better prices and quality.

I literally went to this subway because I saw the bad reviews and wanted to see for myself. Yeah it's pretty bad. The bread was over cooked and dry. Employee didn't put on fresh clean gloves, which I didn't even think about until I was paying. Put way too much tunafish, which is good for a customer I guess but still proves they do things wrong. Had to ask 3 times for more spinach until he finally put the amount every other subway on the planet puts. But the best part was, at the end of production just before wrapping the sandwich, he stops, goes over to the computer, and is touching the mouse and computer to start the payment process, then after touching all that stuff goes back to the sandwich and wraps it. Hahaha. Like dude, seriously? You were 10 seconds from finishing the sub. Why interrupt the normal process? Finish the creation, then start touching dirty computers that every employee puts their filthy hands on. Pathetic. That is sanitation 101 stuff. Come on. I never have seen anyone do that. I ordered a steak and cheese with mayo and ketchup and said I would be back in a couple of minutes. I came back three minutes from placing my order.. I picked up my sub and went to my car to eat.. When I go to my car I realized that the there was no mayo or ketchup and that the sandwich was cold and never heated up.. I know it was not heated because the cheese was not melted. I went back and told the girl I would like my money back and had to go back to work. I work right across from the subway restaurant at the self check area in wal mart. She never came over never said a word to me. She just closed up and left. I went on the subway site and left a comment about what happened with my order. Thinking the manager or owner would call or email me back. . Well that is what I get for thinking. Never heard back from anyone. I will never go back to them again.
