Supreme Pizza — Restaurant in Hooksett

Called this afternoon for a decent sized lunch order. The place my family prefers does not deliver and with my back being thrown out I wanted to keep things easy as possible. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful. I told her I wanted a large cheese pizza, chicken tender plate and a large steak and cheese with extra cheese and light mayo. The delivery guy was very nice. I served the kids their pizza as the chicken tasted less than average (guess we don’t like the seasoning 🤔) I then opened my sub I had been wanting for two days. Right away it ideas to look right, pretty skimpy on the meat and one whole piece of American cheese (sliced to look like two) on each side of the sub. But by far the worst was the aftertaste of the steak. I had my eleven year old boy take a small bite because he will pretty much eat anything and like it. He did not! I called the store and started to explain to the nice young lady what the problem was, the phone was then taken from her by whom I would think would be the owner where I was rudely asked what exactly was wrong with my sub and that he had been serving them all day without any problems! Was highly recommend to try this place and told their steak subs are big and delicious, after seeing a picture of my friends sub the lives nearby I had to try it ...boy was I disappointed, my steak bomb had like no steak. After reaching out to them on Facebook about their consistency, I was told the delicious looking sub my friend got was in house and mine looked like this because it was taken out and was "compressed" and had the same amount of filling ...this is not true at all as I was still very hungry after eating my $15 bread bomb sub .they said I should go in and buy one in house and never offered to...

If there were 10 stars available this place would get it! My wife and I have been eating here for 22 years. When we lived in Hooksett and it was just the two of us, we went a lot more often. We are now a family of 5 and only visit every 3 months or so. The pizza here is great and the steak and cheese are one of the best around! To one of the owners there (young guy that never ages) how you recognize my wife and I and grab the steak and cheese with green peppers to make it just the way I like it... from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!
