Very upset with hope pizza. My family and I decided to take a ride around and look for Christmas lights and figured we would stop and pick up a pizza and a couple other things from Hope Pizza. We arrived with a Visa gift card and could not get it to work with their card reader. I went back to the car and made a pin thinking maybe that would allow it to go through considering we we had just used the card prior to this at rite aid. So I go on my phone make a pin and go back in the store bring up the balance on my phone on the website of $40 and show them. The girl was somewhat helpful she did her best there wasn't really much she could do it wasn't her place but the gentleman there which I believe was the owner was not helpful whatsoever. I had two starving kids in the back seat of the car and a wife that was upset with me for not being able to deliver. Alternatively I had no other choices to pay for the food available. The lack of compassion this man had and empathy especially during the Christmas season when I prove to him that the money on the card was there and he's still not even help or try to take it or let me have the food or and bring them the money as some some other time considering we live down the road that was just not something I expected. It shows how divided we are as a civilization and how selfish...

Ordered this mushroom pie and another different pie without even knowing its name (owner later said its name when I called back 2 hrs later to thank him for making such a delicious pizza). The taste was great, prices just right, and service was fantastic and fast. Totally recommended the place.
Now about that different kind of pie- BDW, owner had the same one for lunch that day (found out when I called him 2 hrs later to tell him it was delicious). He said it was "bruschetta pizza". Man you could the taste garlic, olive oil, tomatoes and cheese in a whole different way, with twist of onion (yeas, onion, i saw it during its dissection). I loved it so much I had to call them to say it was delicious, so I did and talked to owner who told me what it was and said he had the same pie just a lil while ago for lunch. Nice man, nice food, nice place. Would absolutely go back if in the area, just to eat his...
Read moreI see your response and it is quite basic. If you rly cared the dust wouldn't be 3 inches thick on the wall guys. You seriously had nothing better to say. I hope anyone who is hungry off of 80 eats tree bark befor stopping at your place. I'll take my chances with the tree even if a dog would to pee on it.
If you have time to talk smack on coustomers who say "appreciate ya" you have time to clean your place of business that sells food. The dust on the walls. The dirt on the floors . The tables were dirty . The phone didn't ring that much what do u guys do all day. There was a hair in my gluten free pizza. I did not want to give you my business I was there for a friend. I have pictures but I'm not looking to close people down but ohhh my you...
