Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

First time ever trying Chicken Salad Chick as I do not have one in my state (sadly) and it definitely lived up to the hype! You can tell this place is clean and kept up nicely, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I wanted to try quite a few of their chicken salad flavors so I opted for the 3 scoop plate served with crackers and a complimentary cookie, and also a side of their grape salad because I had heard great things. Wow! Talk about flavorful and amazing portion sizes. The scoops were so big I couldn't finish all. I loved the flavors I got: Jalapeño Holly, Olivia's Old South and Cranberry Kelli. The Classic Carol was delish as well on my husband's chicken croissant melt. We took home 3 Quick Chicks to try later on. Only went once and will never be back. Heard from a coworker about this place as she was always bringing chicken salad for lunch. My husband and I had 30 minutes before we had to be at work (we work at a factory 10 minutes away from this location) and decided we wanted to give this place a try. We ordered online around 5:28pm and when we got there they said they didn't have the order. About 3 or 4 minutes later they finally started our order. I watched 3 other people get their orders before mine. By the time the order was in the window it was 5:48pm and the girl running register tells me it's another few minutes for Mac and cheese. I told her to cancel my order as I had no more time and was now running late for work. They didn't cancel my order and insisted that I continue to wait. This is a great place. Great staff. And the management also provides food for the community food kitchens. Just Great.

Update the prices just keep going up, it has increased by $6 in the past 2 years, no that is not terriffs or inflation, that is a lie. Trust me, and if not you do the math yourself. Also they changed their app to make it harder to get the $1 reward as well as making it harder to leave a review. Typically the cashier walks around and when they see you have finished your meal, they take your plates for you. This girl tonight sat on the couch between every customer, lounging around acting bored, never even offered to take our plates, as I was helping my elderly mother to the door.
