Came here tonight 2/2/2025. Two people were working, a large black man and colorful haired white woman. I get to the drive thru and say I want a #2 and he asks what I want to drink. I said I wanted a sweet tea and he said they didn't have any. So I said "I don't know let me see". He responded in a sassy tone and said "K Have a good night bye". I didn't understand what I had done wrong and it wasn't like I was holding up their progress considering there was only one car in front of me and none behind me and no customers inside the store. I stayed at the box for 2 minutes saying hello and he ignored me. I can't just leave because there are concrete barriers preventing this from happening. So I pull up behind the one car who is waiting on their order. He makes a few comments to them about how he has time. So I sat behind this car for 15 minutes. Got to the window and he was looking at me dumb. I said to him I ordered a #2 and he rings it up and charges me 12 dollars and some change. He goes over there and is making comments to himself. Grabs a tiny piece of chicken and is slapping together my sandwich. He puts the chicken sandwich and fries in bag. No drink. And 2 buffalo sauces with so much sass. Hands me the bag and I leave. Well he didn't put any bacon on my sandwich and everything is covered in Buffalo sauce because he squeezed the packs tight before throwing them in the bag. So all the packaging and entire inside of bag in covered in the sauce. Such a mess. I still don't understand what I did wrong. I was having a good night about to take my daughter to the movie theatre, it's my last night in America, I deploy tomorrow and was just trying to have a quick meal with my kid. If you are having a bad day maybe go to therapy or take your medicine. Maybe don't let the frustration of working in fast food get to you that bad that you are mad because a customer asks you to give them a moment to figure out what else they would like to drink since you don't have what...
Read moreIf possible to give zero stars I would. Contacted corporate about this poor customer service, food, and errors. I’ve given the place 3-4 try’s. When it first opened and corporate was there, the visit was successful. Ever since the name you give at the drive thru is ALWAYS incorrect so they have to try to figure out the order. First two times Patrick was the name, at the second window it was Alex, and Brian. The third time it was Chris but they said Fred. Every time they say it’s because it was due to new employees or being under staffed. Then EVERY single time the chicken is hardly breaded or undercooked. But when you try to tell “management” they argue and are disrespectful just like all the other employees are from start to finish. It’s to a point that I would STRONGLY advise NEVER to order not even a simple fountain drink since they can not seem to grasp even a simple order or make the food they promise. Also expect to order a certain amount of food but get the wrong about for instance a 5 piece but 4, or less, EVERYTIME. See from photos, no breading, not a 5 piece as usual. NEVER will deal with the stress of this place or waste my money. DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS HOPKINSVILLE...
Read moreThe staff was exceptionally rude to my wife and 80 year old mother. We were traveling home on our vacation and stopped for the night to rest at a local hotel and have dinner. My mother had never had Popeyes and was excited to try it. Upon entering the store, the staff behind the counter was rude when asked questions and treated us as a burden. They were not busy, nor were they closing since it was between 1730-1800. I have never seen anyone treat a senior citizen or a woman in such a disrespectful manner. The manager was called over, and they as well were equally, if not more so, rude and condescending. The food was mediocre at best, chicken exceptionally greasy, sides were cold, and biscuits were never placed in the order bag. I can not in good conscience recommend this establishment as I believe the staff is in no way interested in serving the customer or capable of polite social interaction with them. I hope they have the desire to either retrain staff or fire and replace them with those whom seek to create a five star experience for...
