Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

Worst experience ever. Recently I discovered I could get tacos for breakfast here. I hate breakfast food so I've been coming in several mornings a week before work to eat. This morning I stopped went inside and there was no one at the front counter or drive through I could see 3 people huddled in the office. I stood there yelling hello over and over trying to get someone's attention The music was so loud they couldn't hear me. So I went and politely knocked on the door to as for someone to take my order.i walked back to the counter to place my order. Instead of a I'm sorry can I help you. The little mouthy manager said she could call the police on me for doing that. Well how bought not treating your customers and do your job. I left and ate at Wendy's across the street. Sometimes people need to learn that because you messed up and aren't doing a good job at your job doesn't make it ok to threaten people who are trying to eat at your establishment. The mgr was extremely unprofessional and needs to be reprimanded. I would have done what I did to get anybody attention if she'd had her employees doing there job. Spent 50.00 on an order tonight. I ordered 2 meals received only one (but received 2 drinks) I called to inquire and Dequan argued on phone that I only ordered 1 Meal so o asked why do I have 2 drinks? Also received 2 fried I did not order. I guess when Dequan was done talking he just hung up on my husband. Called back and spoke to a pleasant female who said she wa da manager ( 2 managers on 1 shift.. bc Dequan was also a manager he said????).prior to finding out Dequans name we asked for it and was denied it by the female manager. I personally do not like taco bell but agreed to go for my kids and husband. Our food was cold and look3d like it was juts slapped together and thrown in the wrapped. If people do not like their job they should just quit... it's not the consumers fault that you are unhappy, no need to be ugly or confrontational.. I paid the money I just want what I ordered and it be hot and correct. I hope Dequans night...

I have given this place three chances. I will not return. This is a pattern, not a rare mistake.

I know they charge extra for "specialty" sauce. I ordered eleven. The sauce cup in none of the 11 was over 1/3-full. That is ridiculous when I'm PAYING for it to be full. My 4/30 online order came to $52.74. I am stunned they'd do this to anyone, much less a regular customer who gives them so much business. I'm attaching a photo of one of the cups (as soon as it was opened). They were all laid over in the bag when I picked them up; that's why there's some sauce on the side. I have no problem with them on their side. They did not leak. My problem is there was hardly any sauce in them when they charge for them.

They did get my online order correct and the food was OK. Hence the two stars. There's just too many Mexican options in Hoptown to...
