Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hopkinton

The onlyy not so great thing here is that there is no drive-thru. HOWEVER, this is the most different looking Dunkins I have EVER been too ....And I frequent Dunkins probably ALOTT more then the average customer. It is veryy upscale for a Dunkin Donuts. It may possibly be because they kind of share the building with a Mortgage Loan Company? It looks like it is an office building until you walk in. But even then, they have super comfy chairs, flat screen TV's everywhere and OMG..DONUT FRIES!?!?? Has anyone EVERR heard of these before at a Dunkins!!?? Aside from this location? They seriouslyy NEED to start serving these things at EVERY Dunkins!! It's like a cross between warm fried dough and churros and they are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! I WILL ABSOLUTELYY be stopping by this location to grab a FEW bags of these DELICIOUS things everyy time I'm in that area now. The coffee was made justt riight and everything was Perfect! I went in today the first day of 2023. I was grateful they were open and the staff they had was upbeat and friendly. There was a customer that was being so rude to them. Something about a price issue. She was extremely belligerent. She stormed out, came back in, then started taking pictures. She stormed out again then started yelling and swearing at her kids outside. I would just like to thank you for carrying on and treating me and the other customers with the utmost respect. My coffee was great too btw....

I have gone here 2-4 times a week for a few years now on my way to work. Pretty much always get the same thing and most of the help had always been really nice. They have a new guy there that seems nice enough. But, I'm guessing needs some training. The last 4 times I went in, he seems to forget how the register works and charges me anywhere from $12 to $21 for the same exact thing. Will be going to the other Dunkin's in the area...
