Went to this Dunkin today for the 1st time and the last time. I tried to order thru the touch screen kiosk. I thought that I paid and was all set to go. I then went into the woman's room. When I got out, I stood there to wait for my drink. The girl behind the counter made a coffee and put it out to be picked up. I went over to see if it was mine. She then, RUDELY, let me know that it was not my drink and my order didn't go thru. I would have been ok with the situation, but her bad attitude was out of this world. She was so rude about it. She saw me at the touch screen and then saw me waiting for my drink, yet didn't say anything. She had a smirk on her face as she was telling me that she didn't have my drink order. I let her know that she was very rude and that I was glad my order didn't go through because I don't think I want her handling anything that I was going to eat or drink. Then, on my way out of the store, someone who seemed to be a regular customer decided to go off on me about rude customers (flipping me off and making really obscene body gestures).
