Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hopkinton

Went to this Dunkin today for the 1st time and the last time. I tried to order thru the touch screen kiosk. I thought that I paid and was all set to go. I then went into the woman's room. When I got out, I stood there to wait for my drink. The girl behind the counter made a coffee and put it out to be picked up. I went over to see if it was mine. She then, RUDELY, let me know that it was not my drink and my order didn't go thru. I would have been ok with the situation, but her bad attitude was out of this world. She was so rude about it. She saw me at the touch screen and then saw me waiting for my drink, yet didn't say anything. She had a smirk on her face as she was telling me that she didn't have my drink order. I let her know that she was very rude and that I was glad my order didn't go through because I don't think I want her handling anything that I was going to eat or drink. Then, on my way out of the store, someone who seemed to be a regular customer decided to go off on me about rude customers (flipping me off and making really obscene body gestures). Went in at 5am like every morning noticed the girl Delaney throwing things around the food area and throwing racks of nonuts on the counter I asked the girl who took my order why is she having suck a attitude witch come to find out the girl I asked was the manager Delaney then turned her attitude towards me I then got into a verbul argument with her and ended up getting sworn at the next morning I was there at 630 and went to order and Delaney just walked away and refused to take my order so someone else did i had words with her again about her poor customer service went in yesterday she was not there had no problems everyone was present went in this morning was waiting at register one girl was making her own coffee and then walked out back Delaney came to register and said I'm not serving you you need to leave I asked why I hadn't even said a word she said because of your attitude the outher day now I'm not trespass order because of poor customer service I remember the first and only time I ever sworn at a customer at McDonald's because I tried 3 times to fix a person's order and still was not right and I was already clocked out for my lunch I got fired boy has...

My experience was the manager here took away a young ladies shift on Tuesdays, as of yesterday, was very emotional for this young lady to be at a veterans memorial burial service, which happened to be her uncle, so she called to let her know that she would not be coming in and the manager had no empathy, compassion and just said “well you won’t be working on Tuesdays anymore and you will just have your one day! I guess we have become Hard in our hearts! Well, you know what they say about karma! Pray that this manager does not lose a loved one...
