I ordered a white chocolate iced latte to go-the employee who took my order was very friendly, asked for my name, etc. the chaos that followed though is troubling. I love Starbucks for the consistency and vertically integrated process they have which allows them to be so consistent. This visit though appeared that orders were being completed in no specific order. Customers who walked in after you were getting their drinks before you, small chit chat and staff walking around “sweeping” (standing with a broom chatting) made waiting 10 minutes for a drink frustrating but not to the point of writing this review. Read moreIt’s good at times but staff is inconsistent on getting orders correct. When the usual guys are on everything is made quickly and accurately. However when there are other people on that clearly are new or do not do drinks very often is where mistakes and delays occur, as they are not paying attention to what the label states or are unfamiliar on how to make a drink. Employee appeared annoyed & grouchy making drinks and when you mention there is something missing mumbles sarcastically under their breath. The male employees are energetic, friendly and get the orders right. The female employees could use some customer skills badly. Disappointing location. Read moreHaven't stopped at this location in years. Was dying for a shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam which they charge $1.25 extra for. The barista poured the foam from an old pitcher.... never blended it. The mixture was separated from the time it was sitting on the counter. I got meringue basically. After 30 minutes it looks like a cloud on the top of my drink. Lazy effort. I won't be back to this location. The whole drink is $7.23 and you can't make it to order. I've read the reviews.
