Starbucks — Restaurant in Hopkinton

I usually love Starbucks and because of all the covid 19 things going on haven’t been able to find one open I finally found this one and the lady behind the counter was just so rude. Not only did she keep turning around and starring right at me she took forever to actually come to the counter and ask me what I needed and when I told her what I wanted she basically was unhappy I ordered it. I asked for one with no ice so I could take it home and bring it to work for the next day and she told me that “Starbucks doesn’t allow that” I’ve ordered it PLENTY of times from other stores but apparently she sets her own rules on how she wants things done there after leave bf I saw she charged me and extra $2 and it didn’t say for what just an extra $2 added to my receipt.
