Food and drink are great. They were made by Ashley and she is so sweet! She was working her tail off, and with the amount of cars that were coming through on both sides, and the wait time that we had, she should’ve had someone else working with her for support. That was absolutely disappointing and disgusting of this company to not have two baristas working during this timeframe. Especially if they’re specifically asking for assistance, and you’re not willing to let them have others help… You should be ashamed of yourselves. There were bees that were taking over inside of there that she was having to work around and try not to get stung. That is a simple thing that you could easily fix. I have worked in coffee and our employers never treated us like this (and we also dealt with bees but they worked quickly to fix the issue). Do better. The girls were very nice and the coffee tasted alright, but it took so long to get out my drinks, they were made and sitting on the counter but for some reason they made me sit for a while before they rang me up and gave them to me. There was a car on the other side but still! It was just odd. Also, what is up with the measuring glass cups to measure everything. Being a barista myself I know exactly what amount of pumps to put in each size cup, and if I forget it is written down in the shop for me to look at. I guess it was alright for a place in Westport. OH! And don’t let me forget, my drink had a huge space at the top, it wasn’t even filled up all the way! They use measuring cups so I feel like they should be able to fill the cup up...
