Subway — Restaurant in Washington

I know some of the staff there are rude but there are some really good ones there that do amazing job and are friendly.

I usually let the manager know or the head of subway know my experiences with some people there that are rude and they are so kind to either re-make my sandwich or give me a discount on my next purchase.

It’s a small fishing town people here in Westport think it’s just a job and some work a lot harder to make ends meet and those ones are the nicest people.

I only ran into about 3 rude people there and will always bring it up to the manager or the head of subway to let them know subway is what you make it if you don’t like the sub you got bring it to there attention or ask for the manager. I give this subway a 5 star for at-least understanding my issues and making up to me most subways...

I placed an order online, picked it up 1 minute past the time it said it would be done, bought two sandwiches, the first one was fine no complaints there but the second one was cold to the touch, containing steak, and when we called to ask about it and see if something could be fixed, the manager named Wendy, rather than being empathic and trying to provide a solution, instantly raised her voice and berated us about it and claimed we had left the sandwich sitting for over 20 minutes after they had finished making them and we had just placed the order exactly 14 minutes prior to picking it up. I dislike giving back negative feedback but I’m not going to shy away when someone is that rude. People don’t deserve to be treated like that for someone...

A very nice lady made us some yummy sandwiches and while I always wish that Subway's bread would be softer I really couldn't complain about how well she put together our sandwiches and how generous she was with making sure they were made to our satisfaction. We came in out of town last minute and it was dark and hard to find a place to get any kind of food and we were able to find this gas station with a subway in it and while it was spendy it was worth it My husband and I split a footlong and it was well enough food with how much stuff the nice...
