Dunkin' — Restaurant in Horsham Township

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star. The service of this location has always been absolutely horrendous. They have given me the wrong order several times and then told me it was because I had told them something different and that they couldn't change it because they already made it. Today was the last straw though. I had a coupon for 1.99 large coffees so I ordered them for me and 2 others. When I get upfront to pay she says it only works for 1 and won't change my other orders to mediums because she already made the larges. Looking at the fine print of the coupon it says no where the deal is for one coffee only and the woman was extremely disrespectful. Poor customer service - generally at Dunkin I get several coffee drinks for my family, and a small tap cup of tap water for my youngest. First the worker couldn't understand the order, then when I pulled to the window she recited it back - wrongly - twice.

Really nice staff but this locations food is just terrible. There bagels are always stale and they just throw cream cheese on them and throw it together. Doesn't even take time to spread it out. There breakfast sandwiches are always burnt and the bagel, English muffin, all there bread is never fresh.
