Dunkin' — Restaurant in Horsham Township

This review is for my fellow food delivery workers. I was at this Horsham Road location today, (10/05/2024) at 4 p.m. to pick up a customer's Doordash order. There was one employee. He was completing a drive-thru order. I walked up to the counter, said "Hi, I'm here to pick up a Doordash order for"... That's all I got to say before he cut me off and yelled "Just a sec!" with an angry and unwelcoming look on his face. I wish you could have witnessed his cold glare. He arrogantly took his good ol' time completing the drive-thru customer's order, very nicely told that person to "Have a nice day", turned around, made the one cup of iced coffee I was there to pick up, placed it on the counter, and never smiled nor did he tell me to "Have a nice day" like he did the drive-thru customer. In fact he made me feel like my presence was a nuisance and inconvenience, which is unacceptable. Just be aware if you decide to pick up from this dump what to expect-- your services are not valued and neither are you. As far as I am concerned from now on they can deliver their own donuts using one of the rickshaws they are accustomed...

They don't even understand what order was. I ordered nitro cold brew with cold foam and 2 boxes of coffee but I only received a box. I thought they're having delayed orders so I asked them to have more cups while waiting because I ordered 2 boxes but I were got 8 coffee cups. He said he can't give me more cups because I didn't order enough to get more cups(what?) and I told him that I ordered 2 boxes of coffee so I'm waiting and he said I didn't. I proved with my receipt and finally he said it will be ready shortly without any apology or explanation. Also, they've got me nitro cold brew with half portion of the cup without cold foam and I told him it's inaccurate order and to have cold foam on the top. They just put whipped cream on the top without any apology and explanation. It tasted like melted mash mellow with cold coffee not a cold brew special drink which charged me $5. This experience realized me why I didn't visit DD for so long time and going to Starbucks everyday. Not accurate, rude and mean customer service all time I visit DD....

I went here to pickup coffee, sandwiches, and a donut for my dad's birthday. I ordered drive through. When I paid, I received the coffee and a bag with 2 sandwiches, but no donut. They forgot it. Glad i checked. I had to wait a couple minutes before someone came back to the window to give me the donut.

So, let's get into how the food and coffee was... the sandwiches were inedible. By definition. INEDIBLE. Some super stale, surprised they didn't have mold, croissants were used for the sandwiches. The edges and middle were so hard, I couldn't bite into them. The bacon had way too much maple flavoring. I ordered no egg on the sandwiches and only received 3 half pieces of bacon on the sandwiches. Both skimpy and inedible, you could say.

The coffee was okay. Dunkin has a gnarly aftertaste with their coffee that I can't shake, though. Ill stick to making it at home at this point. Can't even get a half decent cup of coffee, or a sandwich, or a donut anymore.
