Subway — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Placed a mobile order here and when I went to pick it up the nice lady behind the counter directed me to the area where they place mobile orders, however , the manager was sitting in a booth not doing a thing or contributing except watching the employee behind the counter next to the pick up area and questioned what I was doing . I explained picking up my mobile order I placed as directed by the employee. The “ manager “ yelled across the restaurant to the employee to inquire “if I had paid for my mobile order” which both myself and the employee were surprised at the level of unprofessionalism as well as the hostile tone in her voice . If this location has had trouble with theft of their sandwiches before they obviously need a new system for mobile ordering but to suggest every mobile order is a potential thief is going way beyond standard security procedures . Fortunately, Subways are a dime a dozen so I suggest finding another location. To be subjected of being a potential thief of a 6.99 sandwich is not worth the hassle or embarrassment. Hope the owner see this and takes active action before they run every potential...

So after finding out that the owner of this franchise does not participate in the subway deals like 5$ footlong I decided to just get my wife a sandwich at their ridiculous price I watched the employee with his gloves on, go to register and stick his hands all in the money and then with same gloves walk back over and grab a customer's sandwich. Cross contamination all over the place. I walked out and come to find out the same cheapskate owns all the subways in hot springs so we never get to benefit from Subways specials. Retrain your staff and learn to be clean especially now with covid being around. ...

$22 dollars for my son and myself to eat a small sandwich that looks like it was made for a child. The size of the bread seems smaller than last time, the amount of meat that was put on this sandwich wasn't enough feed a bird. I don't know if they changed their product but we definitely will never go to another subway even if it was the last restaurant on this planet. And we've been coming to this location...
