7670 Grill was FAAAANNNNTASTIC!!!! WOW! This was our first visit. The customer service is to notch!! Shania needs a major shout out! She was great! SHANIA was attentive, helpful, friendly, and really made sure we knew the special, the Steak Salad. I ordered it and it was honestly one of the very best steak salads I've ever had! It was a huge delicious salad. My husband ordered the Cheese Steak sandwich Soooo Big and yummy! And a side of Mac & Cheese with a slice of Swiss Cheese on top. He loved it, he was still talking about it the next day. Honestly WE BOTH WERE TALKING ABOUT OUR FOR THE NEXT DAY ON OUR WAY HOME! The next morning we stopped by again before we headed home, I ordered French toast, bacon & Over medium eggs. He ordered pancakes, bacon & scrambled eggs with cheese plus 2 coffees breakfast was okay, not bad just nothing like the "Linner" (Lunch/Dinner) we had the day before, but the customer service from HAILEY was still Top Notch again! Luckily, Hailey saw our hotel key from the Hot Sulphur Springs Hotel!!!! We missed out on the 15% discount the day before, but she gave us our discount for breakfast, Thanks Hailey!! Visited today and ordered a 12 and 6 piece garlic parmesan wings, cheese curds, "loaded" fries, and bacon chicken mac and cheese. The service was good in person. But couldn't get them to answer the phone. Dead inside so not sure why our calls were missed. Food was served fast. Place could use some new furniture or carpeting but was clean otherwise. Wings were very good. Curds were standard, good. Mac and cheese you can definitely appreciate as they make in house and is very good. The loaded jalepeno popper fries however, more like pop a jalapeño on and call it a day. Expected the fries to be loaded. Not a box just loaded with nothing but fries. Not sure what happened there. The fries were good, but there wasn't anything going on with them, so I wouldn't call them loaded. Definitely would need more sauces/toppings to consider it loaded. If you have food allergies - gluten, celiac disease- this is not the place for you. Hostess comment that “we are an all American diner”. You can have a salad. Debbie’s diner has 4-5 gluten free options and they are an all American diner too. Clearly, Staff at 7670 is not prepared or trained, nor friendly or welcoming. Still, I sat down and waited close to 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order or even bring a glass of water. I got tired of waiting and left. They were not busy at all.
