Off The Hook — Restaurant in Houma

Picked up an order through the drive thru tonight and upon arriving home found that one of the kids meals i ordered were missing the shrimp, not an issue mistakes happen. I returned to the restaurant and had the order corrected. Upon arriving back home i opened the wrapper on my Bon Temp Burger to find 2 thin burnt patties of meat. I have ordered this burger on multiple occasions over the last several years and it was honestly one of the best burgers you could find in a quick service drive thru setting. Unfortunately tonight was very different. I was informed by the employees after returning to the location again that the Burger has been changed and is not a 1/2lb patty anymore and includes 2 thin patties that were burnt and tasted horrible. (Worse than McDonald's). Although these changes were not reflected on their menu at the time...

I went at 12:45 pm on 02/14/23 and there were only 2 other customers at the counter but it took 10 minutes before my order was taken. They got my order wrong (again). Not to mention the chicken tenders were shriveled up and dried out, they certainly did not look "JUMBO" to me. I only come here 2-3 times a year because the service is bad and each time I do go it seems chaotic, disorganized, and stressful. The prices are high, food is average, and the service is poor. Clearly the owner of this location is not concerned about customer satisfaction. The lady at the counter was not friendly and appeared overwhelmed. The manager's should do a better job of hiring, training, and supervising. I've heard some of my friends make the same complaints so apparently the problems at this place...

Ordered a shrimp po boy dressed to go. When I got home , hungry and looking forward to having a good lunch, the poboy was very dry. Only lettuce and a few shrimp on stale bread. Not good . I called to speak to a manager and was not directed to one. Instead the young girl who answered the phone asked me to repeat four times why I was calling and the preceded to inform me that I had to go back to the restaurant with the unacceptable food which they would make right. I was not going to travel 15 min back there for them to slap a tomato and a squirt of mayo on a cold sandwich and take 15 minutes to get back home with a cold sandwich and cold fries.
