Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houma

Placed an order on app. Long before I could even check in in the drive thru the order was completed by Taco Bell and made. Once I got to the store to pick it up I was assured the food was just made and fresh…fast forward 5 mins to me opening the food. The “crunchy” taco was about as soft as the soft taco, falling apart, cheese completely melted into the lettuce, which was wilted. Needless to say not fresh for at least 30 mins, prob an hr if I had to guess. The rest of the food was “warm” but quickly went cold, meaning it had been under a heating lamp or something to keep the food warm. Worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, who btw cannot be reached except through email for customer service. If you have to have Taco Bell try your luck at one of the others in the area.

UPDATE: I have attempted to contact Taco Bell’s customer support 3 times, requesting them to contact me for a resolution, still have yet to hear anything. So their customer service is just as bad as...

Moved here 3 years ago, was very impressed by the quality and presentation of the food, recently in the past 2 months the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. My tacos are always soggy, never the greeted kindly, nor is what I asked for ever correct. I frequently ask for either quesadillas or cheese rolls and they are using nacho cheese at times or some other weird substitute. My biggest issue is with the cheese rolls. They are supposed to come with the 3 cheese blend and have a moderate amount of cheese. Every time I get what looks like a pound of shredded cheddar, after I specifically ask for the 3 cheese blend. I really never wanted to come post this, but after 5 unsuccessful attempts at what was once known the best taco bell I've ever dinned in, it had to be done. For the most part they are great at giving you a fast AND correct order. Every once in a while they, either, mess up a food item (i.e. forget to make your order supreme) OR they forget to give you a food item you ordered (i.e. i ordered potato fries and they didnt include them). Unfortunately hubby never keeps receipts so I am never able to confirm whether they charged me for the item or not (although, more than likely they did), so I have never called.
