Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houma

This was one of the worst visits I have had at Popeyes, took forever just to get them to acknowledge you there, but even longer to come take an order. On top of that, it took over 30 minutes to get the small order I placed and then they got upset when I asked about it. I ordered the chocolate beignets, only to get them later cold and just thrown into a regular bag and handled it to me. They didn't give anything to eat with and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. As long as I was there, there was a bad vibe in the air. Would not recommend this particular Popeyes, cause they forgot the two top goals, Good Food Fast and Good Customer Service, they suck big time tonight. How very, very disappointed I was...

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich which I felt tasted a bit funny and the texture was almost rubbery. I assume maybe it wasn't fully cooked. I did call and spoke with the manager and she did offer for another sandwich or a full refund, which I did return the following day for a refund. The manager on duty seemed to have had an attitude when I asked for a return and didn't apologize or anything. The popcorn shrimp which I had to wait 15 minutes for was a bit overdone as well. This place is the Roles Royce of all Popeyes and any chicken restaurant. Since it's birth in 1972, Popeyes has been and is the pinnacle of flavor to and for my family's taste buds. The location on Grand Caillou Rd in Houma, La is the only location of which I am aware that serves breakfast in the morning until 10:30am. Splendid customer care and outstanding food. The atmosphere here is homely and comfortable during all times of day and night. Mr. Rick, you are the best in the business Sir, keep up the great work. ...
