Daiquiri Island Togo — Restaurant in Houston

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. We should have known something was wrong when the door was lock in the daytime and they wrote a cardboard messy sign on the window that read, "NO Refunds or Exchanges". We did not want either, just a replacement. We purchased a 32 Oz here, we arrived home and placed in the refrigerator. I went to get it and the entire BOTTOM FELL OUT. We returned with the cup, straw and top with pictures to show the person on duty. They refused to replace or discount saying it was two hours ago and we could have punch a hole in it. We call ourselves supporting the acres home area although this was NOT Black owned. We have daiquiri in our own neighborhood, they are everywhere.....it what we get for driving 30 minutes away! Drove through acres home as usual to purchase our usual daquiri but this time when I arrived home and place in the refrigator, the bottom FELL OUT!!! My wife and I return to kindly ask for a replacement, manager refuse and the little guy on duty reacted as if the entire situation was hilarious, which could be the natural inmaturity of a younger person who may not be of age to sale liquid.
