Lauren made several dozen macarons for our wedding with four different flavors and colors. She was very communicative and flexible with what we wanted. She came to our venue on the wedding day and set up our macaron towers for us. We had different types of decoration on the outside of our macarons- some fondant flowers, hand-painted flowers, and silver dust swipes. I generally have a hard time describing which flavor macaron I'm biting into with any other mild tasting cookie, but Elle Bee Macarons knows how to just make a spectacular macaron that pops with flavor.
