DT354 Total $19.46 Went through Drive thru tonight at 10:52pm. I ordered two 6 wings combo-the wicked wings and the lemon wings. Absolutely no taste. Are you all cooking raw chicken there or what? I was disgusted with the taste and the wings were undercooked. This restaurant was amazing when they first opened but it is just bad now. What happened? Also they cannot keep it staffed. Went through drive through 3 weeks prior and no one took our order. The girl said that it was just two of them there. There was also another time I went there around 6:30pm and the employee there closed the entrance door and told me that they are only taking orders at drive through. This restaurant seriously needs to stop selling raw cooked chicken to the public.No taste whatsoever! I am very serious! Apparently, the wicked wings were not marinated before serving to the public. The side orders of the rice and macaroni and cheese was ok. Also this restaurant had no zing packets to hand out. This location needs management/employees that care and are willing to work. Visited today, the place was empty. There was a new guy working there who seemed really sweet, but he was learning. Clearly his training was inadequate. Got the order wrong. We waited patiently we had to correct it a few times then the restrooms were closed, both of the. Our meal arrived without any of the dipping souces.

We had to go and ask for that too. Had to ask for our cups for the drinks we ordered. Lemonade had no flavor.

My salad fell on the floor, it was closed wrong and asked for it to be replaced and they said no, it would have to be paid for. Considering, the terrible service, no restroom you would think they need the business and would comply with a courtesy sala. No, the overall experience was very negative. The manager was happy to see us leave even though we were really trying to be polite.

An eight buck salad is not worth it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY on this place. You will be drained. Absolutely poor service. In line 12 minutes 4th car and no movement. Person answered phone and said they are short on staff. The franchisees must improve or will seek closure. The drive design is unsafe as you can't get out once in. The community will take matters to corporate. Today 2/4/2025 I ordered Chicken salad and 2 rolls. I observed the Cashier ( Christian) take the expiration label of the salad. I asked why and he replied we always do. Asked for refund and Hispanic male came to drive thru and asked for my C Card, I responded I paid cash. He said policy doesn't allow cash refund and walked. I told it was now theft because I didn't receive a product and he kept my money. I called for his name and he hung up in my face. HPD wa notified of this theft and officer suggested a Civil matter.
