⚠️Prepare For The Best Tasting Burger Ever⚠️ Okay so let's get down to it. The location is prime..Right off Hwy 6 you can't miss it! Once you enter it's such a vibe from the neon lights to the almost Miami Vice themed art. The screens above the counter give you a synopsis of the menu & the tablet ordering makes for a quick easy modern way to make sure all parties are safe and contact free. The music is playing loud enough to jam out but low enough to converse with whoever you came with and comfortable enough to hear the tv that's showing ESPN. ⚾️🏀🏈⚽️ NOW, the food review.... I was talking with I'm assuming the owner of the place and he had asked us if it was our first time and we said yes as I was ordering I asked about the smack sauce so he gave me a sample in a cup....IMMEDIATELY I knew I was HOOKED!😍 I ended up ordering a Hotline Burger with some fries and no joke within about 5-8 minutes our food was ready. 🤯 The First Bite is just amazingly delicious!🤯 The beef is seasoned soooo well and is crisped up sooo deliciously. You can taste every single ingredient and the way they meld together. Then I had the brilliant idea to dip my burger🍔 in the smack sauce and WOWWWWW 🤪 I cried......no lie....CRIED! It was THAT great! The fries were hot fresh and crispy 🍟 My boyfriend and I couldn't wait for the owner to ask us how it was so we can tell him just how awesome of a place hes running! This is a shop and go kinda restaurant (for the location I visited - Alief area) and I love it.

You go in, place your order on the the touch screen menu and wait for your order. The employee there was attentive and asked if it was my first time there and showed me how to place an order. He was friendly and smiled the whole time and was happy to answer my questions. I ordered for myself and 2 family members.

The menu it's self is very simplistic which reminds me of In-N-Outs menu. Everything is reasonably priced, the menu is easy to understand, and adding extras is just as simple.

To put it plainly, they are there to sell burgers. Good burgers at that. The patties are not too thick but just right for that even cook with a crispy outside, not overcooked and wonderfully flavorful. I recommend you check out their insta just to gain an idea of what to expect.

I had the sweet chili bacon burger & the sour cream and onion fries. It was fantastic as well as their specialty sauce.

Although it was about 30 mins from me via toll way, I will be returning soon. 10/10 and shout out to EricEatsHTX on twitter for the recommendation. He was 1000% right.

I did eat my burger before getting pics, but I'll be back for that after I visit again.

Edit: Can we talk about their interior aesthetic though? It looks like someone snatched this place out of GTA Vice City and dropped it into Houston. I have always loved this look. Now if they would have been playing some 80s music in...

Hotline Bling Burger. I started going there about 3 months ago and ever since then. Anytime I go I end up going another two times that week. Best smashburger in Houston. I repeat the best smash burger in Houston and I ever had.!!! I get the hotline bling burger and a substitute the grilled onions for chopped onions. When you bite into the burger you taste everything. The smack sauce the great quality meat the sliced cheese the onions to the bun. It's light in your mouth. And when you finish it you don't feel overwhelmed. It's the first smashburger in Houston before all the other smashburgers came. And it's the best. I've had all kinds of smash burgers in Houston in this one right here is legit it is the one. If you want to leave satisfied I recommend hotline bling burger. Always hot always fresh. And when I mean hot I mean like your burger is hot like right off the grill. Not lukewarm or anything like that. Hot fresh great ingredients, I recommend everything on the menu. Sometimes you don't even need fries cuz the burger is that good. Self service at the calendar which is always great because you can pick what you want. I went today and they actually upgraded the menu. By adding pictures and you can add and take off or even press light on anything you want. Hotline Bling you guys are the best smash burgers in Houston.
