It’s ridiculous and dangerousness. They take forever. They forget to put bacon on the bacon burgers. They forget to put tacos in the taco bag. Who ever thinks “clocking” drive thru orders is still and competitive sport is wrong. Customers do NOT want to move away from the window so you can lie to yourselves that you’ve been “faster.” You’re not faster. You’re just manipulating the system. Take the false pressure off the business and worry about quality. Your job is to provide good service to the customer. Your job is not to provide false numbers on a weekly/daily taco report.
