One thing about this place is the food is usually on point! As far as the food goes I’ve never had a problem before. HOWEVER customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. Today I dealt with a mid age Hispanic woman who said her name was Tanya (I believe she lied) and she was so rude. I asked her to change her gloves on two different occasions the first one was when I entered the restaurant and she began on my sandwiches and the second time I asked her to change was after she got my sandwiches from the toaster right before putting on the veggies. The second time I asked her to change her gloves she became visibly livid. She began to throw the toppings on my sandwich in between her and what else, and what else, and what else do you want, she rudely and quickly throw my food together. I asked her what was her name she said Tanya, I made a statement about her being a rude and guess what, the customer behind me chimes in and said they are always like that here. Especially those two pointing to “Tanya” and the other young Hispanic chick in the back. The best service I’ve gotten was from the older Hispanic lady she has superb customer service when asked to change her gloves she kept a smile on her face and said no problem. She is very sweet, and the guy on the night shift and the guy he is training are both nice gentlemen but “Tanya” is horrible she give all her giggles and smiles to the Hispanic men that comes into the restaurant being she was overfilled with joy talking to the guy in front of me. I love subway but more importantly I love knowing my dollar is appreciated and in return will get me simple customer satisfaction! I will drive for miles to a different location before I use a FREE coupon at a store I know I will not get the customer service I deserve. My sandwich wasn’t ready nor had they started it when it was past the pick up time. The girl told me they were too busy & hadn’t had time but continued to walk away & keep making sandwiches for the people waiting in line. After another 5 minutes of them not making mine I asked for a refund in which the lady was still ignoring me to where I had to raise my voice for her to even acknowledge me. If I order online or pay in advance I expect it to be ready or almost ready especially when they give you the time it’ll be ready by.
