Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

My parents [who are in their 80s] ordered in drive-thru and the african american girl who took their order got it wrong. They'd ordered 2 chicken sandwichs, 2 tacos & a shake. After my parents corrected her (she rung up nuggets), she told them it was an even swap for chicken sandwichs, to pull up & they would bring their order to them. When a hispanic girl brought the order out, there were only 2 chicken sandwichs in the bag. They didn't get the 2 tacos & shake which they said they paid for. When my parents asked her about it, she told them they didn't pay 2 tacos & shake and they would have to pay for it. My parents told her that they ordered it and they paid for it, but she walked away & never returned. They sat there waiting for her to bring the rest of their order and she never did. Because this ordeal was so upsetting for them, they just left. I am so upset to know my parents were treated this way! If the girl didn't ring up their entire order, she should have shown them that and paying for the items wouldn't have been a problem. Hello, my parents and I went to the drive-thru to get two strawberry shakes and we were waiting for 10 minutes for someone to attend to us but no one ( there was a red truck behind us and they decide to leave ) so my parents pull up to the front where they give you your order, my father saw two workers talking in the corner then one of them who was a Hispanic girl came up and apologizing saying that she was in the bathroom

even though she wasn’t and my father told her that she saw her and other girl talking and the girl was denying it so she told us to go again and she will attend us so we went again and a car in front of us got their order then we went up next and we waited there again around 10 minutes so we went to the front and the girl was saying that she didn’t saw the car and only saw the car going at the front and there was a car behind us although I don’t know if the car behind us got their order or not so please do...

I came today 3/16/24 I was at the window at 3:13pm paid and once payments was made this young lady said to back up once the food was ready she asked to move forward again by 3:21pm. I checked the bag and they gave me one regular fries when I asked to be all curly fries. They have the nerve to even wanna charge me more to upgrade when that was their mistake.
