My parents [who are in their 80s] ordered in drive-thru and the african american girl who took their order got it wrong. They'd ordered 2 chicken sandwichs, 2 tacos & a shake. After my parents corrected her (she rung up nuggets), she told them it was an even swap for chicken sandwichs, to pull up & they would bring their order to them. When a hispanic girl brought the order out, there were only 2 chicken sandwichs in the bag. They didn't get the 2 tacos & shake which they said they paid for. When my parents asked her about it, she told them they didn't pay 2 tacos & shake and they would have to pay for it. My parents told her that they ordered it and they paid for it, but she walked away & never returned. They sat there waiting for her to bring the rest of their order and she never did. Because this ordeal was so upsetting for them, they just left. I am so upset to know my parents were treated this way! If the girl didn't ring up their entire order, she should have shown them that and paying for the items wouldn't have been a problem. I checked the bag and they gave me one regular fries when I asked to be all curly fries. They have the nerve to even wanna charge me more to upgrade when that was their mistake.
