I ordered online drive thru pickup , and on the app it said my order would be done anywhere between 7-10 min for asap pickup and i pulled up before 7min , i was around 4 min in the drive thru lane , food was hot , it was correctly portioned ( to my satisfaction ) , the beef burger patties could use more time on the grill since the meat itself tastes and feels rubbery at the time of eating , the service was fast , but customer service was not good . The drive thru window employee isn't polite , i said thank you to her about 3 times as she handed me my food to which she just doesn't respond anything LOL just handed me my food and i was on my way . now , I didn't take it personally , but i know other customers do seem to expect that from food chains with one on one interactions ( and in this sense it's important to include so you know what to expect ) . So , just to lay it all out ; food 9/10 ( fix the patties , more time on the grill ) , service 10/10 fast , customer service 3/10 . Read moreI stay on the street behind this Jack in the box for 30 years and they used to be a very good restaurant and have wonderful staff until they have changed staff and now this staff doesn't even listen to what your order is they just throw stuff in a bag and hand it to you and then they want to get mad when you give it back to them saying this is not the right order. The shiftleader or manager on duty, was very ugly w her cashier and loud, and w the rest of the staff. She didn't even greet me when she asked me for my payment at the window, there was no eye contact from her to me. I asked the cashier for her name. I told the cashier how can you let her talk liked that!? . I called and complain about Beatriz, Joseph answered the phone. He got my info to pass along to the main guy of that Jack in the box. The main head of that JIB never called me , so I can complain about that manager Beatriz. No one else can get a hold of the guy only Beatriz, weird.
