Crystal — Restaurant in Texas

I have gone to this place for breakfast for several years now but lately my check has been substantially higher, they do not give a detailed check so you never know what they charge., but today I asked the cashier for details and she was kind of bothered with my request. At this point she told me "we are now including a tip to the check". "I was oh! Okay, how much do you charge? "she said 20%". My complaint is that the restaurant does not display the added charge to customers or on the receipt.

PS: The added charge usually ranges from 15-20%. Under Texas and federal employment law, these mandatory gratuities belong to the restaurant; the restaurant is not required to give any portion of that mandatory charge to...

This was our 1st time here and I gotta say, we absolutely loved it. Good, home-cooked, authentic, Mexican food is not easy to find these days. We saw it one day, by accident. There were a lot of cars there so we marked it on the map to go back and try it. Today we had breakfast; huevos rancheros con papas y Frijoles, and barbacoa tacos, and a breakfast taco with huevo, chorizo, papas, tocino y queso blanco. All with homemade corn and flour tortillas. The food was excellent and the service was great. Not only the waitress, but the greeter and counter personnel as well. All were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back, and very soon, to try the lunch....

Crystal's Mexican I particularly like this restaurant their food is great I had two special yesterday before the tacos all Carbon. The plate was absolutely the chips and salsa are to die for they had two varieties of sauce they have Verde and Rojo, that's green and red for you people who aren't from Melrose. They are very polite they're Christian restaurant that one lady very judgmental towards is I just overlooked her I did not let that takes away from the overall join the other meal in the I gave them four Stars I won't let that one bad Apple...
