Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Yesterday august 21 I went to this jack in the box location and I ordered 12 tacos no sauce and large curly fries. I didn’t check my order because they have always gave me the correct order at this location but not this time I only received half my order which was only 6 tacos no sauce and the curly fries where not filled up, by the time I had checked I was already home and I called the location and a young man named Christian was very understanding and mentioned that the person that was in the drive though was new. Christian said I could either go back or go another day and he will leave a note with my name and order. I went today through the the lady was very RUDE she didn’t even let me explain what had happened and she kept asking what I was going to order. When I went to the drive through I tried to explain to her what had happened and that I had talked to Christian she she asked me what my order was and kept asking who I talked to and at what time I went which of course I understand the questions but she was so RUDE on how she was asking me and all she said was OKAY. I've been coming to this location literally for 18 years. I went in while I was on my break to grab something quick and if I would have had more time I would have made a bigger deal out of it the lady handed me my bag and I grabbed a French fry and popped it in my mouth it not only was cold it was hard so I reached in and grabbed a couple more to see if it was just that 1 or if it was the whole bag. Mind you I watched them pull the French fries out of the grease and They came out in one solid brick and then sat there while they were making the sandwich. She hit this brick of curly fries with the back end of the scoop to break them up so she could put them in the little fry container. So I in Spanish told the lady who took my order that the French fries were hard and she says oh no they're fresh and I said yes I watched them come out and I handed her a French fries so she could feel she was older just crispy didn't offer to fix it or change it out or anything now in 18 plus years I have never had this experience so I'm a little disappointed in...

This location is absolutely the worst, and it is a shame because I really love Jack in the Box. We drove up and ordered meals for our family. We pulled up to pay and it was almost that quick the our order was given out to us it was weird because it was a pretty big order. Usually it would take a bit if the food is made fresh. So we get to our hotel and not only is the food cold and really bad quality, but we were missing half the order. We called back and and wow I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely by a manager. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "I'm the manager what do you want !" I proceeded to let her know our order was missing items and if we could get a refund. She said she would not and I needed to take the food back. She was very rude. We called the Corporate office and the same thing. Even they could not help us. I must say Jack in the Box has really gone down in quality and service.
