We love MadMax BBQ! The business owner Tev and his team in Houston are professional expertise with cooking their food and are extremely trustworthy courteous customer service. Very clean and organized. Reasonable pricing. Their menu items are delicious with old fashioned home cooking perfection such as brisket, beef or pork ribs, chicken, loaded baked potatoes, meat sandwiches, Mac n cheese, green beans, and homemade peach cobbler, etc. A true southern soulful captivating joy to eat. May I mention, we also enjoy Tev on TikTok tending hardworking to his horses and dogs. His animals are sure blessed to be with him. We also enjoy watching Tev, Tik Tok Creator sharing his cooking skills with us, while we watched his old home style cooking that he learned from his parents such as his food truck menu items, smothered chicken, oxtails and gravy, etc. You will definitely be pleased to have Tev as your Professional Caterer for your business or event. The food is very good and they are free to serve you. Your plate will be full, and the money is worth it. As far as the service goes, the first time I went, there was a young Hispanic looking couple that attended me. They were OK. At least the girl that was serving me spoke and gave me different options and ideas of what to order, being that it was my first time. The second time I went, the lady that was there, was rude. She acted like she could barely talk, and she had her phone in her bra, the whole time, and was carrying on a conversation with some man. But as soon as I would ask her something, she act like she can’t talk and roll her eyes. she was serving the food with no gloves and no hairnet. That’s the only reason I’m giving the service three stars. As far as the atmosphere goes, well if you’re from Houston and you know where you’re at, then you know where you’re at. Having two major strokes . Not being able to complete his dreams my brother Tevron Maxwell decided to help! That's Where he came up with Madmax bbq!!
