I would give more stars for the back drive thru person and the front counter person, but the management is absolutely horrible! All they do is stand around and talk. They don’t even acknowledge customers who walk in. When you have an issue with your order they argue with you and roll their eyes. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone in and they get my order wrong in the kitchen because they are too busy laughing it up with management.
The store manager is horrible as well because she argues with customers but atleast in the end she will give you your food made right. It seems like her management team need to be retrained. As a former employee of McDonald’s it was disheartening seeing this. McDonald’s started my love for business and I believe in the brand! I just wish this store could make a change with a friendlier management team who cared about their customers. Rather than eating on front counter, laughing it up non stop, arguing with customers, and being rude when asked to fix something. Especially if I complain about them eating Cheetos out of a cup, licking there fingers, and then grabbing my food and placing it in a bag! I mean DISGUSTING!!! Don’t be mad at me if I call you out on nasty stuff!
Even when I complained I had other customers tell me they are always like that and the store manager doesn’t care. I couldn’t believe the multiple amount of people complaining! These managers need a change or a new store manager who holds her managers...
Read moreI had a mobile curbside order and I ordered at 8:15 am and got there at 8:21 and had to wait for about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. When she came out they told me that the apple pies aren't ready it'll be another five minutes so I waited and I asked her to add another apple pie in there for the inconvenience of me waiting for more than 20 minutes for an apple pie.... She said she would let her manager know so five minutes went by and still no apple pie so as I'm about to get out of my car to go ask about the apple pie she comes out and tells me that her manager said that she won't be giving me another apple pie. Mind you I have worked at McDonald's and when stuff like this happens we usually apologize and offer the customer a cookie or something for the inconvenience. So I get upset because I have been waiting at this point for 30 minutes for an apple pie... SMH. I get on the phone with corporate in front of them and all three employees try to talk to me while I'm on the phone with corporate trying to give me the apple pie that they refuse to give to me. And then when corporate asked me for the managers name they had to ask around to see if they can give me her name and then I told them that corporate wanted her name and she came up to the counter and gave me her name. Read moreI ordered on the mobile app and the drive thru and curbside pick options were unavailable. I walked in the unlocked business door and was yelled at by the manager for coming inside an unlocked door to pick up food that was already paid for. I attempted to get her name but the staff working on the night shift on 4/21/24 were all extremely rude. How a manager of any service industry is allowed to treat a paying customer this way is beyond me and shows a complete lack of training and leadership at this location. This interaction falls on the owner and district manager for allowing this to happen. After she yelled at me I was told to go through the drive thru where the lady working at the window also raised her voice and was rude slamming the window confirming how poorly trained the staff is at this location. I ended up not getting the food I paid for and will make a corporate complaint through e-mail as well that I’m sure will fall on deaf ears.
