AVOID THIS PLACE AT NIGHT

I cannot start this review without mentioning that I have NEVER made a review for any other Fast Food chain or normal restaurant ever, with this being said my experience with this specific location has made me break this streak. Every time we order from this place with plenty of time ahead our orders are always messed up, missing items, orders not having items removed that we asked for, wrong drinks, longer than normal wait times while in line or even at the windows, you get the picture. But tonight was probably the most soul draining wait we had, again we placed our order ahead of time of course to save said time waiting in line however as we waited in this annoying long line (our fault honestly we should've gotten there sooner but couldn't) we joked that something would be wrong because we always have a problem with this location, and of course it happened again. We waited in the right lane for what felt like ages and only after a while did we notice that only the left lane was moving, once we did notice 3 cars in the left lane went AFTER us, cars that were maybe 4 or 5 spots behind us before we went into the right lane. Of course thinking that maybe the right speaker wasn't working and they weren't aware so they couldn't put up any cones I decided to drive up to the window. I calmly explained to the worker that we were here for an online order and that the right lane wasn't moving only the left, technically skipping in line yes but again maybe 4 or 5 cars had passed us at that point and there was also only 1 window that was being used for transactions and heading out food so we were going to end up there anyways. After I explained the situation to the worker (some fat tired dude that clearly doesn't care enough because of his pay) said that we needed to go back around and get in line again because they need to accept our order? At that point why even have the option to order ahead of time and save the wait in line it should have already been done. Keep in mind at this point we had waited for maybe 35 minutes and now we had to wait even more because they themselves weren't moving the right lane, again why even have options if it's only going to screw us over in the end. Deciding to be calm I very hesitantly waited because the order my sister had placed couldn't even be canceled at that point, so they had CLEARLY already taken the order but now this worker is saying they have to accept it, does it make sense? No. Of course not, because it's idiotic. So again we waited, maybe for an extra 10 or 15 minutes at this point and eventually we got our order, I don't know who they have taking those orders over the speaker phone but she also sounded confused after I had to give her our code 3 times in the most monotone way possible to sound coherent but eventually she understood so that was nice, after that we got our order and by the grace of God they somehow didn't mess THAT up like usual and we were on our way. I know it's cliche to say "Well never be coming to this location again" or "You have just lost a customer" or even "Well take out business elsewhere from now on" and truthfully I know they don't care, they'll make money regardless so it really doesn't matter. I'm mainly just making this review for anyone that reads reviews just to see if this location is worth checking out when you inevitably get hungry late at night for whatever reason, late night munchies or maybe just a bad schedule because of a graveyard shift who knows. I make this review to say, AVOID THIS PLACE AT NIGHT. The rest of the day I couldn't tell you what it's like and I can't be bothered to come back here and figure out if it's good even if it's the most convenient...

Rude unprofessional employees mostly management. Ordered #6 got back to work hair was in my food the cooks had on no hair nets and some wore no gloves one of the employees told me it's always something wrong when I PAY for my orders that I specify how I like cooked. I payed for another meal and the short lady tried to take my food that was PAID for! They are very rude don't pay attention to how you order your food & they talk as if they're talking to a child I'm grown definitely don't play no games about disrespect. Whoever is over that location should visit often & verify my complaint as well so many others. That employee was rude tried to take back my food that I paid for saying her manager told her to take it which would have been theft! There was no need for me to call when I was working 4 minutes away I threw the previous order in the trash because of long brown hair in my burger!!!! Went back to PAY for another order & told them make it fresh to my specifications with NO HAIR! Guess they made began to insult & disrespect me so I informed I would call the health department as well after the many insults & rude remarks hardly speaking clearer English which disables their comprehension to enter correct instructions for orders. Last 3 yrs it's same disservice rudeness nastiness & disrespect luckily my phone was on records capturing their rudeness & disrespect. I was agitated wasting gas time and buying a replacement order. While I spoke to the cashier regarding the macdonalds app promotion I had, she roller her eyes and did a loud sigh. Next, the Macdonalds app was having some issues regarding the promotion, giving me a mcchicken without allowing me to change it into a spicy one. She then proceeded to roll her eyes again, and tell me she can't change it and she went to get the manager. The manager pretty much told me the same which is a blatant lie due to other Macdonald restaurants changing it for me when the app has had issues. Finally, I asked about the limited time "special grade garlic sauce" due to the app showing as if this restaurant had it, and the cashier lady looked at me as if I was stupid and told me "We dont do that here". Why put it on the app as if you do if you don't have it then?

The Mcchickens I ordered were missing some mayonaise and lettuce, but overall the food is the best thing in that place. Finally, the restaurant itself had so many flies that even eating outside was better, and I had a constant feeling of being rushed out of the restaurant.

I rarely make reviews, but PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There are nicer Macdonalds just a few miles away that give higher quality food and have overall better customer service that don't judge you based on...
