Millers Market — Restaurant in Houston

The food is made to order, so you get it hot. The service was kind. However, that is where the good stops. Sadly the building is having plumbing issues, which someone is very lax in repairing. As you enter the drywall ceiling is missing a good 6'+ diameter piece of itself from a plumbing leak. When requesting to use the facilities, they were out of order (interior & exterior). From the looks of it there are apartments above the store/restaurant that may have had plumbing leaks above the food station area (at least the ice-cream section). The ceiling has not been repaired from it. I visited this same location in the spring, and it was a completely different experience. I pray this is just a hiccup for them, but if so it's a pretty...

You scream, I scream, everyone was screaming for Millers Ice Cream and now we know why. Visiting family in Big Lake, enjoyed their delicious soft serve and hard ice cream twice in the same week. Wow...having owned a campground and ice cream shop I know great ice cream when I taste it. You will not be disappointed, and the cone size was enormous and the price was easily less than others. These folks definitely know how to please their customers and that's why we went back. Can't wait until our next visit. Also, plenty of parking, nice covered and open outside seating, a coy fish pond and photo op too! What more could you ask for. Keep up...

LOVE this place ever since I moved here a few months ago. Yes they replaced my drink but wasn’t very apologetic about having a whole screw in my drink. Made it seem like we put it in all we got was a “sorry bout that” and bad attitude. Just hoping the owners see this so they can talk to their girls about costumer service. Other than that everything was great. I absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches. Edit: thank you guys for your reply. I should know it was just a simple mistake and I’m sure they were as confused as I was! Still love the breakfast...
