MVM Fish Market — Restaurant in Houston

Well I can say the food is good but the service is horrible, the young lady who works the counter and the phone there is rude and disrespectful and needs to use better customer service techniques. On three occasions I have received poor service and extreme rude treatment. I normally just stop going to such establishments and say nothing, but because of her , viciousness to me and a church mother I took there I have chosen to not to patron there ever again and i will let everyone i have recommended this business to, I will let each one of them know. Just like i spoke of the good food I now will let them know how nasty and shabby we as good customers were treated I really should not have expected better the place is shabby looking but i went because someone i trusted recommended it and i never judge a book by its cover. I wont go back and continue to patronize a place that does not recognize or appreciate the blessings of good continuous patronage....Nasty in treatment and probably nasty in food prep I cant eat there anymore as much as i enjoyed the food i deserve good service. The experience cut of my taste for their fish so I will be going down the street to Mama's Seafood 3 times a week now instead of MVM Seafood Market you need some classes on how to treat good paying customers!!!!!!! CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave! The woman is VERY HOSTILE. I always call my orders in over the phone and the man takes my orders! She didn't give me what I paid for, I have spent alot of money here over the years, and especially during the pandemic. So, responding to the bad reviews about your restuarant, just shows how accurate my review is of your business. This is AMERICA, not your country, but I as an AMERICAN citizen, have the right to go anywhere I choose to. That's why I can come back anytime...

10-3-20 I went to pick up my order the wife and the son who are cooking in the kitchen we're not wearing a mask it wasn't around their ears they face they did not have on a mask when I pointed to my Mask asking her why she didn't have on one she looked at me as if though she didn't see me.????!!!!! I am going to report them to the health department ASAP! Do not look for no stars from me unless they have deplorable public...
