Ostioneria Villa del Sol — Restaurant in Houston

This location was a complete disappointment.We went on a calm Saturday night and it being empty should have been a red flag. The menu is small. The drinks offer no refills. There's no actual hot sauce only store bought that's on the table (embarrassing). The waitress expects you to know the menu when asked. It was a slow day and she only stopped by twice. The food is average although their kids nuggets are gross. To top it off I had forgotten my purse on the table. And when I went back in to get it the lady cleaning the table acted as though she hadn't seen it. The only positive note I have to share is that the place was clean and the environment looks welcoming...

I went to the restaurant on my lunch break because I noticed people were giving good reviews about the food. I went in and no service from the 2 lady employees, they were just there talking to each other. I asked a question in spanish & english about the restaurant and they just looked at me with no reply. No sign indicating dine in, takeout, etc. The tables were marked for seating, so I sat down. 15 minutes passed by still no service. Maybe next time but for now, not...

WORST MEXICAN FOOD EVER!!!! I ordered two steak tortas , seafood soup and drink to go. They brougt out two sandwiches looking nothing like torta and tasting like shoe sole. Soup had rubber sea creatures dipped in dirty water inpossible to chew. I wouldn bother commenting on this miserable place if they didnt charge me fantastic $36.00?????!!!!! for all that junk and old food. To bad i cant post pictures of this "lovelly"...
