Since theres not an option for negative stars please remove some! From my customer service experience and point of view heres why...

  1. We apparently chose the only closed table in the restarant and were asked to move with no explanation as to why.
  2. We oredered 2 large teas but were given small ones without refills nor offers at additional charge nor anything at all
  3. We ordered a combination with General Tso chicken and fried rice and understood to pay extra for chicken and shrimp but were given plain fried rice.
  4. We ordered another combination with fried rice only was told chicken and shrimp were included but never received any of it at all only told later it was "accidentally bagged up as a togo order" Im curious as to what may have actually been in that bag which suddenly appeared ready to go
  5. We were told eggrolls came with the meals so ordered two additional ones instead we were served two orders of eggrolls as appetizers which would have been presented beautifully had there been any concern for the lack of communication from the beginning. I left feeling disrespected, belittled, misunderstood, spoken over, treated as unintelligent therefore not THEIR problem so end result still hungry and forced to start over anywhere else to simply enjoy lunch with my significant other. I don't know what I could have done to ever be treated so disrespectful by members of any restaurant staff! I simply needed understanding as to what was ordered at all! I asked for a manager to try to understand the problem instead suddenly had two people speaking over me with payment requests without concern for any problems we had. Zero care for customer service! We had to pay for two orders of eggrolls and two teas almost $12 because not one person in this restaurant cared to even attempt to address the entire misunderstanding! I called back after leaving hoping by phone an understanding or any customer service could be attempted but was told I had to come back for that! No thank you! As I stated by phone this google review is my only option! I hate leaving poor reviews and would not had there been any another way! I have to assume I've done wrong choosing to go...

This is one of those unassuming spots you would drive right on past if you didn't know any better. Take my word for it, Viet Food To Go is well worth giving a chance if you're craving Vietnamese, and I would go as far as to say this was one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a very long time.

There is plenty of parking and upon walking through the door, I was surprised at how clean and well-kept this place was. The staff greeted us very warmly and even threw in a few freebies throughout our meal for us to try, which is always much appreciated.

My group ordered several items to share. Everything was incredible but the two stand-out items were the pho and the sesame buns. The broth of the pho was extremely rich and not overly oily like some that I have tried from other restaurants. The sesame buns were very clearly fresh and had the perfect balance of saltiness, sweetness, and sesame flavor.

If you're looking for Vietnamese a spot that boasts extra friendly service and exceptionally good food, this hidden gem is definitely...

The 3 star is because the poor service they have it was my first time here and the place is very clean and nice, and the food was really good but the service was not so good we order spring rolls never came in, I order 2 lbs of crawfish with an order of potatoes the crawfish came in with no potatoes until like 10 minutes later the refills take a while not sure if it was because they only have two people working in the lobby but I just can't imagine how it would be with a semi pack restaurant. But the food was delicious the pork sandwiches the rice and the crawfish was also really good very very nice balanced with the spices and the cajun flavor I asked for medium hot and was on ponit just because of the food I'm going to go ahead and give them 4 stars instead of 3, hopefully next time service is better because is a really nice place with really...

Great service! It's self seating! I always come here with my boyfriend and his parents. The server remembers our drink orders! The food was 10/10. We always try something new. Beef macaroni (BR1)i think,10/10 it was tasty with a lot of flavor, meat was tender so good! Omg i love their crawfish. Signature flavor is my go-to. So so delicious. My mother in law loves the wings. And she’s usually very picky but the wings did not disappoint. Garlic butter flavor is her favorite. My father in law had the combination pho, he usually sticks to what he knows.. but he tried it once and ordered it again whenever we visited. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Oh and dont forget to put your phone number when paying (you get points)

So our normal crawfish place was closed (crawfish pot and oyster bar ) so i googled some crawfish spots near me … and found VIET TO GO… so we go and order shrimp egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, crawfish , crab legs .. Egg rolls and rice was good… but when the seafood came it was nasty crab legs were extremely dry and the crawfish was so small I hate to find the meat …. The seasoning was there but still missing the taste … the owner came in with a nasty attitude even after we said we were going to pay for the food. The hallway sink doesn’t work… so if you eat seafood then you have to go and touch everything. Plus I was never offered gloves or a bib.
