We think it is one of the best bakeries in Houston but it does need a little hygiene on their employees especially the cashier I thought it was way way ! out of place for the cashier the older lady to blow her nose and throw the tissue away right next to the counter and go to work by grabbing the utensils and start putting people bread in the bag a little more hygiene personality would help the appearance of the place other than that I think it's fantastic but still that means a lot of work ! I like this bakery a lot but the only reason I gave it. The four star rating is because the atmosphere issue. I only know a little bit of Spanish, but I am learning more as the time goes on and I had some people of the community say some horrible things about me in Spanish and the cashier did not really care or maybe they did but they didn’t do much about the situation and, I know how the individual might feel because I have worked in customer service before and I know how difficult it is to manage irritable customers, but I still feel sad about the entire ordeal. Called about information on ordering a cake from here. The lady answered and told me to hang on because I guess she didn’t speak English and after waiting several minutes they just hung up the phone never coming back to talk to me!!!!!
