I recommend that you do NOT order with the app for pick-up. You need to go in and watch them like a hawk because they do NOT follow written instructions. We ordered two different sandwiches and they got both wrong. They put raw onions on them when we requested excluding them for us both. They put other things like parmesan cheese when we didn’t request it. They left off requested tomatoes and added spinach where it was was not wanted. My husband likes mayo, we selected extra, but they left it off and put balsamic dressing on it. I told my husband he got somebody else’s sandwich because there was so much wrong with it. He chose to eat it instead of taking it back. I was able to pick off the large pile of onions from mine before it got too very infused with the pungent taste that I dislike. I usually go here because it's the closest shop, but today was just pathetic. I simply asked that they cut a bit more bread off of the bottom half of the sandwich because they were so busy they thought it was acceptable to make something that my 5 year old son could put together. I literally had to ask him if he wanted me to do it myself. I asked in as simple of terms as humanly possible. Absolutely shameful experience at this subway. The A/C is out in July it's over 100 degrees outside and it's close to 90 degrees inside the store. Your employees look worn out and exhausted from the heat and yet you expect them to prop the front door open and just handle it? Every employee deserves 5 stars and this business owner deserves ZERO.
