I went late on a random Monday night (after 11pm) and the area was sketchy. They only take Zelle or Cash. The guy working the window was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to put my order in and walk to the convenience store across the street to the ATM. I ordered Birra Tacos and regular street tacos. The Birta Tacos were really tender and juicy but slightly greasy so the corn tortilla was falling apart by the time I made it home 15 minutes later. The flavor was good not salty at all. The regular street tacos were NOT good at all. The meat was super tough and bland even after I poured the birra sauce on them it didn’t help. I definitely would not get those again. I’m glad I tried this food truck but I don’t think I would go back. Please try it for yourself and see how you like it.

Had the quesabirrias for the first time last week and they were SO GOOD!!! The tortillas were crispy and not too greasy, there was the perfect blend of beef and cheese, the consommé was seasoned just right… I was HOOKED! Aaaaaand then I tried again today. The consommé was 80% grease, the quesabirrias were super greasy, and the cheese was nearly nonexistent. I mopped the tacos up with several paper towels (and the picture was taken AFTER), poured out most of the consommé to try and find the actual soup, and ended up eating half a taco and throwing the rest away. Two polar opposite experiences. Super disappointed.

First time to this truck and I will be a repeat customer. In my opinion, this is one of the best spots for quesaBirria tacos. So flavorful and filling (3 tacos). The tacos, consommé, and the green salsa were delicious. This truck food also costs less than other places I’ve been to in the Houston area.

I went by to try this taco truck for the first time today. I have driven by it a couple times would always say I’ll try it when I can. I ordered the quesabirrias and a torta when I got home food was still hot which is a good thing however upon tasting everything was overly salty. The quesabirrias were on point but over salty as well as the consome the torta the fajita was salty too. Maybe it was just my luck will give em...
